EN: Colorful letters on the hood of a car say, “Darling, thank you for the food from the maternity hospital,” surrounded by images of babies, bottles, and hearts. The joke relies on the deliberately absurd and crude replacement of an expected “baby” or “daughter” with “food,” so the image is shared as dark or absurd humor after leaving the maternity hospital.
