Text on the meme

Have sex Live

What it means

A two-panel cartoon shows a hand choosing between buttons labeled “Have sex” and “Live,” then pressing “Live” and revealing a bizarre green frog-like creature. The joke treats living as an absurd alternative to sex, with the grotesque transformation making the choice seem ridiculous.
