From Japan to Islamic Prayer

11 missile hot by the Islamic Republic of Japan I'm from Japan TOKYO, JAPAN TAKASHI Saki Takao TOKYO, JAPAN TAKASHI

A fast-cut video begins with Donald Trump discussing a missile, then flashes Islamic calligraphy, people gathered outside and inside a mosque, and a Japanese woman introducing herself as being from Japan and named Saki Takao. It ends with Dragon Ball characters praying in Islamic clothing and posture. The joke is an absurd visual chain that turns the phrase “Islamic Republic of Japan” into a surreal mashup of Japan, Islam, missiles and anime; the dramatic music, The Tetragrammaton by El Djihad, gives the montage an ominous, exaggerated tone that makes the escalation funnier.
