Just Bought a New Gun

Text on the meme

just bought a new gun

What it means

A bizarre homemade-looking firearm lies on a blue bedspread with several loose rounds beside it. The joke is the deadpan caption treating an absurd, improvised weapon as a normal new purchase, making it a reaction image for questionable decisions or alarming new possessions.
