Secret Service Outside the White House

Text on the meme

Per law enforcement: Secret Service shoots two men outside of White House on 17th and Pennsylvania NW.

What it means

A split-screen image shows two young men posing indoors, one wearing a green headband and the other holding a rifle while dressed in unconventional clothing. The caption absurdly describes them as Secret Service shooting two men outside the White House, creating a deliberately misleading and surreal news-style joke.
