McDonald's Out of Everything

Text on the meme

Sorry we're outta ice cream... tires...? we're mcdoanlds sir...

What it means

A cartoon McDonald’s employee stands behind the counter wearing a McDonald’s hat and uniform. She says the restaurant is out of ice cream, then seems to realize it is also out of tires, ending with the misspelled “mcdoanlds” punchline. This reaction meme is used for absurd incompetence, confusion, or a business being unable to provide even its most basic offerings.
