Evelyn Anite Takes Back Ambulance

Text on the meme

Thank you for bringing this up. First, it's true I took back my ambulance & I have no apologies for that. Why did I do it? It's because they didn't vote for me. So did you expect me to walkaway with nothing? Galatians 6:7 A man reaps what he sows. Ugandan Politician, Evelyn Anite took back an ambulance she donated to her district, after losing an election in 2021.

What it means

A screenshot of a social media post by Ugandan politician Evelyn Anite, explaining that she reclaimed an ambulance she had donated after losing an election because the district did not vote for her. The joke is the blunt, transactional interpretation of “a man reaps what he sows,” used as an ironic reaction to political entitlement and taking back a supposedly charitable gift.
