What it means

Peter Griffin stands in a classical Greek scene and reacts with shock upon seeing Plato and Aristotle. Plato addresses him in Greek as “Peter Griffin, family man,” humorously placing the Family Guy character among ancient philosophers. The meme is used as an absurd reaction to encountering something unexpectedly profound or out of place.
