Do Not Give Me the Wheel

Text on the meme

do not give me a WHEEL OF FORTUNE under any circumstances no matter what i say WHEEL OF FORTUNE

What it means

A person holds a red cup while another person presents a Wheel of Fortune card. The shirt insists not to give them the card under any circumstances, creating a joke that the card is being offered anyway and may tempt them to change their mind. It is used as a reaction to jokingly deny wanting something while clearly being interested in it.
