What it means

A camera alternates between a wrapped burrito on a scratched white plate and the opened packaging of a microwavable burrito. Each time the camera returns to the plate, another burrito has appeared, ending with two burritos arranged together. The joke is a playful food-version of multiplication or cloning, useful as an absurd reaction to getting more than expected.
