Horse Privileges Revoked
horse privileges revoked
A horse is lifted into the air by a helicopter or overhead cable while people stand nearby, then swings and tumbles through the cloudy sky. The caption humorously treats the dangerous, absurd punishment as if the horse had lost its special privileges, making it a reaction to someone behaving badly or abusing their advantages.
