What it means

A satirical news-style image shows South Korean Pride marchers holding colorful signs and wearing rainbow hats beneath a headline warning about a “homosexual dictatorship.” The joke contrasts alarmist anti-LGBTQ+ rhetoric with a peaceful, celebratory Pride event, making it a reaction to exaggerated fears about LGBTQ+ rights and political change.
