Baby Trebuchet Marketplace Listing

Text on the meme

We are selling our baby trebuchet. We only used it a couple of times. PM me for a quote. Readers added context they thought people might want to know This is not a baby trebuchet. It is a baby catapult. Trebuchet has a counterweight

What it means

A social media post shows a miniature wooden siege engine shaped like a baby cradle, advertised as a “baby trebuchet.” The added correction explains that it is actually a baby catapult, since a trebuchet uses a counterweight. The joke comes from treating a historical weapon as a gently used household baby item.
