Text on the meme

mgs fans after hearing that epstein was responsible for nearly every single problem in the world (its an mgs reference)

What it means

The clip shows Solid Snake crouching and reacting dramatically in a forest while the caption jokes that MGS fans would blame Epstein for nearly every problem in the world because it is a Metal Gear Solid reference. The punchline parodies the series’ elaborate conspiracy plots and fans’ tendency to connect everything to the franchise.
