Gen Z Old People Apps Folder

Text on the meme

On the train last night I couldn’t help but notice a Gen Z girl had this folder open on her phone... ‘Old ppl apps’ 💀 Old ppl apps WhatsApp Facebook Messenger Gmail Outlook Drive Teams

What it means

A phone folder labeled “Old ppl apps” contains familiar apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, Gmail, Outlook, Drive, and Teams. The joke is that a Gen Z user treats these mainstream communication and productivity apps as outdated, so the image is sent as a playful reaction to generational differences in technology use.
