Russian Democratic Forces Presentation
PACE Platform for Dialogue With Russian Democratic Forces Strasbourg, 28 January 2025
A blonde woman in a black dress speaks seriously at a conference while a presentation screen behind her reads “PACE Platform for Dialogue With Russian Democratic Forces.” Over the course of the clip, she continues talking and gesturing before ending with a restrained, slightly awkward look toward the camera. The joke comes from pairing the formal political setting and serious expression with the uploader’s ironic caption about “Russian democratic forces.”
