just discovered that the archive.org homepage icons are black, but tinted with a snippet like: filter: invert(70%) sepia(68%) saturate(6213%) hue-rotate(164deg) brightness absolutely despicable behaviour what the fuck how did I notice? somehow the page triggered macOS’ extended dynamic range and instead of clipping to sRGB I got incredibly overblown icons due to the way they were coloured in, fucking phenomenal archive.org: six thousand percent, a saturation that is normal to want ticky’s screen: and possible to achieve
