Everybody Look Straight Up
“O.K., now, when a teacher comes out, everybody look straight up.”
A group of children gathers around a seesaw outside a building while one child sits low and another end points upward. The joke is that the children are rehearsing an absurdly literal instruction to look straight up when the teacher appears, making it a reaction to coordinated mischief or suspicious behavior.
