The cop who arrested me: Me knowing it’s a two-way mirror:
The meme shows a man behind horizontal blinds in two panels. In the first panel, the arresting cop appears serious; in the second, the person being watched smiles because he knows the mirror works both ways, turning the situation into smug amusement. It is used as a reaction to feeling clever while secretly observing someone who thinks they are in control.
