KDE fans after diagnosed with terminal cancer instead of konsole cancer
A suited man from American Psycho repeatedly raises his hand to his mouth, looking increasingly distressed. The joke is a dark Linux wordplay: KDE fans supposedly fear “konsole cancer” (a terminal-related pun), so being diagnosed with actual terminal cancer would be an even worse outcome. It is sent as an absurd, dark reaction to bad news or a catastrophic technical problem.
