Wrocław Fairy Tale City

Is Wroclaw like a fairy tale city or am I just delusional? By fairy tale I mean, safe, everyone is friendly, hate and so on. I live in Wroclaw for a good amount of time, spans in years. Wherever I go everyone is just so friendly towards me, cafeteria, tax office, urząd wojewódzki, bar, streets, restaurant. I was walking with a friend at 2 a.m. at the main square and even some random drunk guy was just friendly, I'm surely not delusional towards hostile people there is always something in their eyes when one is hostile. So am I being delusional towards the city? Thank you. UPD: I'm from Ukraine :-) The gnomes capture hostile people and feed them to rats. Ah yes the rats :-) I was once riding a hulajnoga and 3 rats run across the bicycle lane, it was probably feeding time You hadnt been eaten. Therefore you deserve to live here. 😁
