What Does This Even Mean

I– What does this even mean Hello Jeffrey, Unfortunately due to company policy, we are unable to offer positions to people with the name Jeffrey since it will not work with our database schema

A fake email rejects Jeffrey from job opportunities because the name supposedly conflicts with the company's database schema. The absurd technical excuse turns a normal rejection letter into a joke about poorly designed software and name-based database constraints.
