Invading Russia Prank Gone Wrong
INVADING RUSSIA PRANK (GONE WRONG) Adolf Hitler Published on Feb 2, 1943
A black-and-white archival scene shows a large military force and tanks moving through flooded terrain, presented as a YouTube video supposedly uploaded by Adolf Hitler. The joke is the absurdly modern prank-video title applied to Nazi Germany’s disastrous invasion of Russia, with “gone wrong” referring to the historical defeat. It is sent as a dark historical reaction meme about military overconfidence and catastrophic failure.
