Remember This Guy Cat

Text on the meme

Я упал Remember this guy? Я встал This is him now, Feel old yet?

What it means

A two-panel cat meme shows a kitten lying on its back with the caption “Я упал” (“I fell”), followed by the same cat standing upright years later with “Я встал” (“I stood up”). The joke is that the familiar viral cat has apparently grown up, making the viewer feel old; it is used as a nostalgic reaction to time passing.
