New App in Lithuania

Text on the meme

In Lithuania there is now an app Delfi

What it means

A close-up shows someone holding a smartphone with an app open on the screen. The caption announces a supposedly new app in Lithuania, creating an intentionally vague and absurd setup. It can be sent as a reaction to mock minor technological news or overhyped announcements.
