Twin Towers Get Revenge

Text on the meme

the twin towers get their revenge

What it means

A surreal, heavily edited city skyline shows two airplanes standing vertically like skyscrapers while a cartoonish figure flies toward them. The joke reverses the imagery associated with the Twin Towers attacks, imagining the towers taking revenge on airplanes. It is used as an absurd and dark reaction meme.
