FBI Patrick Spying Through the Shower
FBI FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION
A woman hides behind a shower curtain while holding several phones and tablets, while Patrick Star appears below in an FBI cap and disguise. The joke is that someone is absurdly over-equipped and suspiciously spying, as if conducting a serious FBI investigation in an ordinary situation. It is used as a reaction to imply surveillance, stalking, or secretly gathering information.
