Anime Countries Map Joke
Countries that are known for producing anime Countries that haven’t been nuked
A globe map highlights Japan in magenta under the label “Countries that are known for producing anime,” while gray shading represents countries that haven’t been nuked. The joke is that Japan is famous for anime but is excluded from the gray category because Hiroshima and Nagasaki were hit by atomic bombs; this is used as a darkly absurd reaction meme.
