Kratos Finds Salvation in Jesus
The original plan to end the Greek Saga would've seen Kratos team up with his Norse and Egyptian counterparts to destroy their collective pantheons before becoming the Three Wise Men who visit Jesus. This was foreshadowed in the murals in the Temple of Fates in the second game. Kratos realizing he can find salvation in his Lord Jesus Christ: THOSE TRAVELLERS TRAVELLING TO AN UNHOLY DESTINY.
Kratos realizes that he may find salvation by becoming one of the Three Wise Men who visit Jesus, tying together God of War mythology and a humorous interpretation of murals from the second game. The joke exaggerates Kratos's violent history and turns his supposed final destiny into a Christian redemption gag.
