What it means

EN: Donald Trump smiles beside a woman in a white suit while holding a large award plaque in an ornate room next to the American flag. The joke comes from the caption “Got a five at the commission”: the formal award ceremony is reframed as receiving an excellent grade at a committee or review, so the image is used as a reaction to successfully passing an evaluation or defense.
