Free Palestine People Hear About Iran

Text on the meme

“Free palestine” people when they hear about whats happening in Iran

What it means

Ron Swanson sits in a floating black saucer while Leslie Knope moves around him, against a burning city street. The joke portrays people who loudly support “Free Palestine” as suddenly fleeing or becoming awkwardly evasive when confronted with news about events in Iran. It is sent as a sarcastic reaction to perceived selective outrage or political hypocrisy.
