"You are now party leader"

What it means

A blue-tinted video shows a bespectacled, mustached man seated and moving rhythmically as the music plays. The caption humorously treats him as the newly appointed party leader, making the clip a reaction to someone unexpectedly taking charge or becoming responsible for the group. The upbeat music and his exaggerated movement make the promotion feel absurdly grand. EN: A blue-tinted video shows a bespectacled, mustached man seated and moving rhythmically as the music plays.
