What it means

A video shows several people in colorful furry costumes dancing and posing around a silver pickup truck in Bishkek, including a yellow canine, a blue-and-white character, and other masked furries. The joke presents an ordinary furry gathering as a dramatic city takeover, parodying political takeover slogans and the phrase “Make America Great Again.” The clip is set to the Kyrgyz song “Таңыш Кыргыз — Мунайба Ыры!”, whose upbeat music makes the absurd parade feel like a triumphant invasion and works as a humorous reaction to chaotic group energy.
