The Good, the Bad and the Ugly Anime Girls

Text on the meme

MENTALLY THE GOOD RAKKI THE BAD MAIN AND THE UGLY MILK-CHAN Every Gun Makes its Own Tune Every antisocial unstable member of society has his own underground anime girl who is his literal personification Every such person should seek help

What it means

A three-panel anime-style meme presents three increasingly unsettling girls labeled “the good,” “the bad,” and “the ugly,” followed by a mock-serious statement about antisocial people having underground anime-girl personifications. The joke is a parody of the Western title “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly,” used as an absurd reaction to edgy, unstable, or intensely anime-obsessed behavior.
