FBI Releases Evidence With No Arrests

Text on the meme

How the FBI feels after releasing evidence of the most diabolical human atrocities and arresting zero people

What it means

The clip shows a rapidly changing montage of dramatically posed men reacting to the caption about the FBI releasing evidence of horrific atrocities while arresting nobody. The exaggerated calm, confidence, and stylish slow-motion shots turn institutional inaction into a sarcastic power fantasy. Set to the upbeat song “Feel so Close” by Phiec, CATO1948 & Strafend, the cheerful music makes the lack of arrests feel even more absurd and ironic.
