EN: A huge camouflage-themed celebration cake is lowered by crane onto a devastated construction site while an operator wearing a hard hat and chef’s toque smiles as he controls the machinery. At the end, candles light up on the cake and the words “CALL 117” appear, turning the military setting into an absurd birthday greeting or ominous appeal; the celebratory music heightens the contrast and makes the scene funny.
