What it means

Arcueid Brunestud is shown as a busty main character who canonically has sex, while the comedic Neco-Arc character has no breasts and no sex. The joke contrasts a serious character’s lore with a parody character’s absurd simplicity, using fictional forum post counts as a punchline. It is sent as a reaction to jokes about character canon, fanservice, or popularity.
