Can I Fix This Controller?

Text on the meme

Can I fix this? Or do I need to buy a new Kids got ahold of it. Middle and right side work perfectly

What it means

A heavily damaged blue game controller lies in pieces on a couch, while the caption asks whether it can be repaired or must be replaced. The joke is that children destroyed the controller, but its middle and right sides still work perfectly, exaggerating a hopeless repair situation.
