Superman and Krypto Drawing

Text on the meme

Ok Someone should draw this with Superman and Krypto

What it means

A cartoon shows a small-eared superhero flying above a white dog-like character, imitating Superman and Krypto. The joke is that the suggested drawing has apparently been made in a deliberately strange, low-quality style, making it a funny reaction to someone’s request.
