What it means

EN: A Makima cosplayer appears beside a man dressed or styled as Kishibe, and the photo is compared with an illustration of both Chainsaw Man characters. The joke is that the photograph unexpectedly recreates the pose and dynamic of the manga scene, so it is used as a reaction to a striking resemblance or an unexpectedly perfect recreation.
