What it means

EN: The image shows two fans meeting in front of a building labeled “MENTAL HEALTH CENTER.” Around them are dark and psychologically intense manga such as “Berserk,” “Homunculus,” “Goodnight Punpun,” “Monster,” and “Liar Game.” The joke is that seinen manga fans supposedly need psychiatric treatment because these stories are often depressing, disturbing, and mentally exhausting; the image is used as an ironic reaction to the intensity of such works.
