What it means

A bowl of instant noodles with an egg, vegetables, chopsticks, and a spoon is presented as a homemade meal for a girlfriend who had a bad day. The joke is that the boyfriend proudly frames simply preparing instant ramen as an impressive act of care, humorously emphasizing his height as if it makes the gesture more heroic.
