First Day on the Slots
First day on the slots
A boy in a children’s play area studies a crocodile-shaped activity board while a younger girl plays with a pink ride-on toy and blocks. The caption calls it his “first day on the slots,” jokingly comparing the toy activity board and playroom to a casino gambling debut; Duster’s dreamy, melancholic song “Me and the Birds” makes the ordinary scene feel dramatically introspective and absurd.
