Ice Cream Talking to Me

Text on the meme

MINT WITH CHOCO STRAWBERRY SUPREME MALTESERS BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE "doc i swear they were talking to me" FERRERO TURTLE PIE (CHOCOLATE, CARAMEL, PECAN, GRAHAM) COOKIES N’ CREAM with OREO

What it means

A display of colorful ice cream flavors is captioned, "doc i swear they were talking to me." The joke is that the speaker sounds delusional, claiming the labeled ice cream flavors were talking to them; it is used as an absurd reaction to jokingly suggest hearing or seeing things that are not real.
