How I Sleep While Sleeping

how i sleep while im sleeping when im asleep

What it means

A small cream-colored puppy sleeps sprawled out on its side across a blue blanket. The joke is that the caption redundantly compares how the puppy sleeps with what it looks like when asleep, making its awkward, completely limp pose the punchline. It is used as a cute reaction to show deep sleep or sleeping in an unusual position.
