Text on the meme

What it means

A medieval-style sketch shows a bespectacled man lying on a sheet of paper like a fantasy character. The caption jokes that criticizing Oblivion’s lockpicking mechanic summons hostile NPCs, parodying a video-game loading-screen warning and implying that fans will aggressively defend the system.
