Cat Eats, Gains Length

Text on the meme

She eats a lot but doesn’t gain weight, only length.

What it means

A very long, slim white-and-black cat lies stretched out on a gray carpet with its legs extended dramatically. The joke is that instead of gaining weight from eating a lot, the cat supposedly only keeps getting longer, exaggerating its unusually elongated body as a humorous reaction to a skinny pet.
