US Flag Without Hated States

Text on the meme

Flag of the US but the states I dislike have been obliterated

What it means

A stylized American flag is shown with several stars and stripes missing, representing the states the creator dislikes being erased from the flag. The joke is an exaggerated political or personal reaction to disliked U.S. states, sent as an absurd visual opinion meme.
