Ohio Map with Munich U-Bahn

Text on the meme

Metro & Regional Rail Someone replaced all of the LA Metro maps with this map of the Munich U-Bahn system superimposed over a map of Ohio so I thought I was having a stroke on my way to work

What it means

A transit map labeled “Metro & Regional Rail” shows the Munich U-Bahn system superimposed over the outline of Ohio. The joke is that the bizarre replacement makes the commuter think the map is distorted and that they are having a stroke; it is sent as a reaction to confusing or surreal situations.
