East Berliners Talking to Relative

Text on the meme

East Berliners talking to their West Berliner relative

What it means

A young man stands beside a brick wall and gestures animatedly as if having a conversation through it. The joke references the Berlin Wall and imagines East and West Berlin relatives still communicating across the divide, making it a reaction to awkwardly separated people or a conversation that feels impossible.
